Levels, Stats, and NPCs

NPC quests are no longer common, being replaced with side quests, and you can now level up without quests needed, as NPCs give enough exp for you to level up without quests. NPCs will now be harder to fight, making it more fun to play. By this, I mean some of them know how to use Instinct, not just aura and flash step. Add more non-humanoid enemy NPCs like the Sea Beast and Leviathan, but on the surface. Create more NPC bounty hunters that actually hunt the player if they have a high bounty on specific islands, such as Turtle Island, Kingdom of Rose, and Great Tree, but not in places such as Castle on the Sea, and Mansion, basically all of the safe zones.

Nerfing and Buffing

Have V4 meter be harder to go higher through PvP, the limit for V4 time is now 1 minute, and upgrades that are meant to make it longer no longer exist.

Nerf everything that's too overpowered. Kitsune will have the same damage and stuns, but will be slower. Dough V is buffed, and Diamond's last move will need 160 mastery instead of 110. Leopard's value will now decrease, and the Z move will be able to be held for much longer, but its damage will be lower. Portal V will now have a 14-second cooldown, Buddha with M1s will now deal 50% less damage to players, and much more will be buffed or nerfed.

Hacking Detector

Implement a much harsher hacking detector, banning people for 6 months upon assuming that they're exploiting. People who believe that they have been banned wrongly can appeal up to 3 times, with an appeal having a 6-month cooldown.

Matchup PvP

The Colosseum (1st and 2nd seas) and the Friendly Arena (3rd sea) can now be used to fight people from random servers, and the matchup system will be based on both their honor and bounty. These will be hosted in public servers, however, anybody except for the participants will have their abilities to flash step, use aura, or anything that could disrupt the fight taken away. There are 2v2 and 1v1 game modes, as well as a no V4 game mode.

DUAL-HEADED BLADE (2ND VERSION)

"It's literally a double-edged sword."

Item Description in Inventory

Dual-Headed Blade (2nd version) is a Rare sword.

Upon obtaining this, the user gains the title "The Assasin," which has the color #919191 as its default color.

Talk to the Blacksmith to upgrade this weapon.

Grade 1 | Materials: 20 Scrap Metal, 15 Fool's Gold, 5 Dragon Scales | Effects: +40% Damage, -30% Cooldown

--------{Obtainment}---------

To obtain this, the user must have the following:

  • Dual-Headed Blade at 300 mastery

  • Access to the Third Sea

The user has to go to Castle on the Sea and defeat rip_indra with Dual-Headed Blade. Note that the last hit has to be by the player using Dual-Headed Blade. After doing this, the user's PvP will automatically be turned off, and a dialogue starts of rip_indra mocking the user for using such a weak blade and how his sword was stronger. The only option the user has here is "Yet you were defeated by it." rip_indra will respond with "Shut up, mortal."

After this, the user has to go to the Blacksmith and craft Dual-Headed Blade (2nd version) for free.

[TAP][Slash Combo]

The user preforms a combo of slashes. On the fourth M1, the user dashes forward, slashing two times.

[Z][Invisible Assasination]

Cooldown: 12 seconds

Mastery - 150

The user becomes invisible. The only thing that could show where the user is is the sounds of wind blowing and the wind flowing around them. The user then dashes forward, stunning anyone caught and bringing them with the user. If not hit for over 3 seconds, the user teleports into the air and sends multiple bombs down similar to Rocket X, teleporting to the last bomb.

[X][Galebreath]

Cooldown: 14 seconds

Mastery - 300

The user breathes in, which can be seen by air particles going into the user's mouth. The user then spins in a circle quickly, before becoming invisible. This causes a tornado around the user.

PYROTECHNIC BOW

"A bow that fires fireworks, powered by the holiday spirit. Use explosively."

Pyrotechnic Bow is a Mythical gun.

--------{Upgrading}---------

Talk to the Blacksmith to upgrade this weapon.

Grade 1 | Materials: 20 Fool's Gold, 5 Dragon Scales, 5 Demonic Wisps | Effects: +10% Damage

--------{Obtainment}---------

First, the user must meet the following requirements:

  • 2000 levels.

  • 20 Demonic Wisps and 5 Fireworks.

  • ƒ5,000.

After meeting all of these requirements, the user then must complete these steps:

  1. Talk to the "Queen of Celebration" NPC inside a secret room behind a breakable wall on a hill in Tiki Outpost. This wall is only breakable if the user has dealt the final blow on 20 pirate raids.

  2. Complete a quest to spread the news that a fireworks show is happening soon by talking to 20 different NPCs.

  3. Complete a second quest to create 5 Fireworks. A Firework can be crafted by talking to the "Pyrotechnician" NPC and paying 4 Dragon Scales and 10 Magma Ores.

  4. Watch a cutscene of fireworks during Full Moon.

  5. Buy the Pyrotechnic Bow for 20 Demonic Wisps and ƒ5,000.

[Z] [Saxifrage Flare-Up]

Cooldown: 8 seconds

Mastery - 150

The user aims with their bow, with a fire on the arrow they are sending. Once the user lets go, they let go, sending the projectile flying. If the arrow lands on an enemy, they are sent upwards with an explosion, before exploding mid-air with a flower-shaped, orange detonation. However, if the user misses, the arrow goes up and explodes with a larger explosion, with smaller, and more colorful explosions around it. If the user holds to its full extent and lands on an enemy, the enemy lands back on the floor with a crater full of fire. This does not break Instinct.

[X] [Dawn's Dance]

Cooldown: 9 seconds

Mastery - 300

This move has two variants:

If the user is above 50% HP:

  • The user readies their bow, having a lit arrow with rainbow fire. The user then shoots an arrow upwards. When the arrow lands on its target, an explosion occurs, creating many fireworks that explode in the air and floor. If the user holds to their full extent, they shoot out three arrows instead, creating a much stronger attack, but all three arrows will aim around the target instead of on it. This breaks Instinct.

If the user is below 50% HP:

  • The user readies their bow, having a much larger rainbow fire than if the user had above 50% HP. The user then lets go of the arrow, but the arrow does not land back down. A bow symbol can be seen aiming toward the air when the user lets go. The arrow instead explodes into many fire projectiles, which then explode into columns of fire along with fireworks that explode in the sky. This breaks Instinct.

RENGOKU V2

"A katana made of fiery metals, forged by demons."

--------{Obtainment}---------

In order to get Rengoku V2, the player must be Third Sea. The user must go to Haunted Castle. There will be an NPC named "Uzoth" there. If they interact with the NPC, Uzoth will say, "Set your heart ablaze." if they do not have all the requirements. If the player gets the requirements and Soul Reaper has spawned, he will tell them "Set your balls ablaze" instead and gives a quest to defeat the elite, Deandre with only a blade. If the user defeats the boss with Rengoku, The NPC will then tell the player to finish off the Flame Master with Rengoku. The only way to find the Flame Master is by doing a flame raid, and if not soloed, Uzoth will still ask them to defeat the Flame Master. Once the user has completed a flame raid by themselves, Uzoth will tell the user to search for Fire Essence. Once they get the item, they will ask them if they want to enhance their abilities on Rengoku. If the player says yes, they will get an option to pay ƒ6000, $2,000,000, and a Fire Essence. Once the player pays, they will gain Rengoku V2.

Normal Passives:

Heat of the Battle

Each strike from Rengoku V2 ignites the enemy, leaving them with a burning sensation that eats away at their health over time. This effect is limited by a burn bar, which increases as the user inflicts damage and loses health. As the burn bar fills, the power of the flames intensifies, boosting flame damage by 150% when the burn bar is at its maximum. This means that every hit from Rengoku V2 becomes stronger.

Normal Moveset:

Mastery - 150

The user charges their sword with fiery energy, causing a powerful explosion on impact that deals heavy damage to nearby enemies. If the button is held, the user unleashes multiple slashes, each one creating a small explosion that damages enemies in a wide radius. After the initial strike, the user flies up into the air and slams back down, generating a fiery shockwave that stuns nearby enemies and breaks the ground beneath them. As they land, the user creates a phoenix-shaped aura of flames that engulfs them for 3 seconds.

[X][Flameforged Assault]

Mastery - 350

The user teleports quickly and leaves a trail of flames behind them before delivering a powerful slash in the direction of their cursor. This move creates three fiery strikes that deal significant damage to anything in their path.

[C][Blazing Heart]

Mastery - 450

The user surrounds themselves with red flames, boosting their attack power. Enemies who come too close get burned and stunned. This takes away 1% of the burn bar per 2 seconds.

Heat of the Battle (Blazing Heart)

Each strike from Rengoku V2 engulfs the enemy in raging flames, inflicting a continuous burn effect that consumes their health over time. The intensity of the burn increases as the user deals more damage and takes damage, filling up the burn bar. Once the burn bar is filled, the flames burst into an inferno, amplifying flame damage by a staggering 200%. This unleashes an onslaught of scorching strikes that leave a trail of destruction in their wake

Blazing Heart Moveset:

[Z][Inferno Phoenix] (Blazing Heart)

The user imbues their slice with energy, causing an explosion on impact that deals heavy damage. If held, there are multiple slashes They then fly up and slam back down, creating a shockwave that breaks the ground and stuns nearby enemies. As they strike the ground, the user spins and creates a dragon-shaped aura of flames around them. They then slam into the ground, generating a fiery shockwave that knocks back foes and incinerates the ground. At the same time, a phoenix appears and creates an tornado of fire that heals allies and damages enemies over time for approximately 5 seconds. All enemies in the tornado will be stunned, unable to move. During this move, the user is completely vulnerable as long as the move lasts. This move is basically a combination of Rengoku V1 X but as a barrage and Hallow Scythe X.

[X][Flameforged Assault] (Blazing Heart)

The user of this fiery blade unleashes a powerful technique that involves teleporting multiple times, leaving a blazing trail of fire behind them. Once they arrive at their intended location, they perform a quick and decisive slash in the direction of their cursor. This swift and precise motion results in the creation of three fiery strikes that cut through anything in their path. If the user executes this technique while airborne, their slashes create scorching arcs of flame that linger in the air, leaving a trail of destruction in their wake. Alternatively, if the user is on the ground, they plunge their sword into the earth, causing a column of fire as large as Rumble's V move to erupt that burns the ground and engulfs any enemies in the vicinity. Then, the area affected by the technique is left with mini-columns of fire at its edges. This moves breaks Instinct in the process.

[C][Blazing Heart] (Blazing Heart)

The user stabs the ground/air with their sword, stopping the flames on their body.

BOUNTY HUNTERS

"This isn't the last of us..."

Bounty Hunter dialogue

Bounty Hunters are enemies that automatically spawn on an island that a high-bounty player is on. They'll attack the player, and teleport to the user to prevent them from running, as well as using pull moves such as Gravity Cane Z, Spikey Trident X, etc. Bounty hunters are generally easy to defeat, but the more bounty the user has, the more damage Bounty Hunters deal. For example, at 2.5m bounty, they'll deal up to 3k damage, but at 30m bounty, they'll deal up to 5k damage. Their health, group size, and how commonly they spawn also correspond with the bounty the user has. Their abilities include these:

  • Random fighting style abilities

  • Random fruit abilities (not including transformations)

  • Random sword abilities

  • Random gun abilities

  • Flash step

  • Instinct (3 dodges)

  • Aura (80% of Bounty Hunters use it)

  • Race V3 ability (10% of Bounty Hunters use it)

  • Race V4 (5% of Bounty Hunters that use Race V3 use it)

Whatever they drop also corresponds with their abilities, for example, if a Bounty Hunter uses a high-value fruit such as Kitsune, as well as V4, they'll drop a very high-valued material, such as a Mirror Fractal, a lot of money, around $500k, and some fragments, around ƒ1,000. A normal Bounty Hunter that just uses Aura would drop low-valued materials, little money, and little fragments. Upon the death of a group of Bounty Hunters, a dialogue will play, saying "This isn't the last of us..."

FALLEN LANDS

The Fallen Lands is a Third Sea island with the appearance of a barren wasteland with clouds surrounding it. and is very far behind Port Town.

There are many dead trees there, that drop more Wooden Planks than an ordinary tree. There are many run-down houses and changing weather, as well as spawning random enemy "ghost" NPCs from any sea, similar to Pirate Raids. These NPCs have a green aura, similar to how the user would look with Ghost's Resurrection passive used, and have the word "ghost" before their name. They only drop EXP and not money.

--------{Weather Cycle}---------

  1. Thunderstorm

Sight is distorted and lighting comes down, similar to Rough Seas. Lasts for 5 minutes.

2. Acid Rain

Acid starts raining down, breaking Instinct. Lasts for 8 minutes.

3. Harsh Winds

Winds starts blowing the people away and dealing little to no damage. Occasionally, tornados appear, which deal a lot of damage, stun, and bring the user to another area. Inside of tornados, many Diamond Chests are there, but they can only be gotten if the user is, by chance, blown into it. Lasts for 10 minutes.

4. Hell's Tempest

All three weathers before this are combined, dealing a lot of damage. During this event, more NPCs spawn, and the more damage they deal. Enemy NPCs during this event also drop one Page at a 30% chance. Boss NPCs can also spawn rarely now, dropping 10 Pages. The maximum amount of Pages is 5000. Lasts for 15 minutes.

5. Deadly Calm

Mist begins to appear, all NPCs deal 2 times more damage, and the user loses energy constantly. During this event, an NPC spawns randomly around the map and sells items for Pages. The items are as follows:

  • Reset Stats: 25 Pages

  • Race Reroll: 50

  • Random Fruit: 100 Pages

  • Librarian (Subclass): 250 Pages

Upon buying and equipping the Librarian Subclass, the user can obtain Pages from any NPCs that are not on Fallen Lands at a 5% chance and can create books using 10 pages through the Abandoned Library inside of Fallen Lands. A book has a chance to give the user any type of scroll, except for Mythical, Blessed, and Cursed scrolls. This weather event lasts for 30 minutes.

6. Cleared Skies

The weather returns to normal, and enemies stop dropping Pages. Lasts for 2 minutes.

SUBRACES

Subraces are parts of races that people can have. In return for a benefit, the user will also get a downside.

--------{Khan}---------

The Khan subrace can be obtained by talking to the "Sal Khan" NPC in the Abandoned Library. It can only be gained if the user has V3 human, and can be removed by talking to King Red Head in the Temple of Time.

"So much knowledge... Just to be abandoned by humanity."

<Such a pity. (Melee)> <Nevermind.>

IF WITHOUT 2550 MELEE

"You aren't the person I'm looking for... You're lacking the strength."

<Nevermind.>

IF WITH 2550 MELEE

"You seem to have the strength. There's been an owl here preventing people from entering, and I need you to get rid of it. How did you enter, anyways?"

"Wan Shi Tong" BOSS SPAWNS

Wan Shi Tong:

Level: 2550

Health: 13,000

Attack per hit: 4092

Abilities:

Wind of the East

Wan Shi Tong flaps his wings multiple times, creating forces that knock the user back.

Atmos Cut

Wan Shi Tong dashes forward, leaving a trail of black feathers.

Wipeout

Wan Shi Tong extends his neck, slamming his head against the user.

Owl's Hunt

Wan Shi Tong grabs the user with his claws, flying up before slamming the user to the ground.

After being defeated, Wan Shi Tong will engage in dialogue with the user.

"You certainly are a strong mortal. What's your reason for coming here?"

<Power.> <Knowledge.>

IF CHOSEN POWER

"Yet another one has come just for power. Die, mortal."

Player instantly dies.

IF CHOSEN KNOWLEDGE

"Alright then. You deserve to live. You may continue to exist."

<Okay.> <Nevermind.>

After this, the user has to talk to "Sal Khan" again.

"I know you aren't here for knowledge. Don't worry, I won't tell.

<I'm here for power.> <Nevermind.>

"I have just the thing for you. Here, a scroll."

<Take it> <Nevermind.>

Upon taking the scroll, the owl will pop its head into the aisle the user is in.

"Alas... Another human lies to my face. Die, mortal."

Player instantly dies.

After this, the user will obtain the "Khan" subrace.

Passives:

Fortitude Unbound

The higher the number on the damage counter, the less damage the user takes. If the user's damage counter is at 10k, the user's taken damage will be reduced to 10%.

Pure Offense

The lower the HP of the enemy, the more damage the user deals and takes.

No Pain no Gain

The more HP the user has, the less damage they do. For example, if the user has 100% HP, they'll deal 70% of the damage they're supposed to deal.

--------{Hunter}---------

The "Hunter" subrace can be obtained by talking to the Akuma NPC. It can only be gained if the user has V3 mink, and can be removed by talking to King Red Head in the Temple of Time.

"Oh hey there! Think you can beat me in a race?"

<Yes.> <Nevermind.>

"Very well then! Let's see how well you run!"

BEGIN RACE TO PORT TOWN (Please note that when the race starts, home points and boats are disabled.)

IF TAKEN MORE THAN A MINUTE TO REACH PORT TOWN

IF REACHED PORT TOWN WITHIN 1 MINUTE

"Ah man, how did you beat me? Well, since you're so fast, I guess you can have this relic I've been keeping. My grandpa told me that it only works for the fastest of runners."

<Take it> <Nevermind.>

After taking it, the user obtains the Hunter subrace.

Passives:

Speed!

The more damage the user deals, the lower the cooldown of abilities becomes. It's like a worse version of Ghoul V3.

Hunter's Will

The more HP the user has, the faster they are. For example, at 100% HP, the user runs at 200% of their original speed. However, the less HP the user has, the slower they are. For example, at 10% HP, the user runs at 80% of their original speed.

Stamina Drain

The more damage the user deals and takes, the more energy is taken.

--------{Seraphim}---------

The Seraphim subrace can be obtained by using the Angel's scroll, which has a 1% chance of being obtained after being brought to 0% by an NPC. Upon obtaining this, the user's health becomes full. It can only be gained if the user has V3 angel, and can be removed by talking to King Red Head in the Temple of Time.

Passives:

Phoenix's Blood

Upon reaching 0% HP, the user will not die, but instead stay alive for 5 seconds before dying. This can be used to get back to the enemy before dying, or as a last resort.

Seraphim Sword

When using V3 and not being stunned, the user slashes with a golden sword in front of them, dealing damage to anyone close to the amount that the user heals, as well as knocking the enemy back. If hitting allies, it will heal them.

God's Limit

The user has a limit to the amount of damage they can deal within 3 seconds, being directly correlated to the amount of HP the user has. For example, at 100% HP, the user will have no limit, but at 10% HP, the user will have a limit of 10k HP.

--------{Devil}---------

The "Devil" subrace can be obtained by talking to the Devil NPC in the underworld, which can be accessed by being defeated by Soul Reaper. It can only be gained if the user has V3 ghoul, and can be removed by talking to King Red Head in the Temple of Time.

Passives:

Deal with the Devil

When using V3, all cooldowns will INSTANTLY disappear, but every other passive from V3 will disappear as well.

Soulbounded

If the enemy or player runs in the opposite direction of each other, they'll become slower. This will only activate if both are in PvP with each other.

--------{Robot}---------

The "Robot" subrace can be obtained by talking to the Mysterious Scientist NPC at the Castle on the Sea and selecting the third option, which is "I seek power." It can only be gained if the user has V3 cyborg, and can be removed by talking to King Red Head in the Temple of Time.

"Ah... You're perfect for my experiment. But first, prove yourself."

USER OBTAINS RAID CHIP

This raid chip can be used to start a raid. The user just has to survive for 1 minute in a room constantly filling with enemies.

After doing so, the user can obtain the Robot subrace.

Passives:

Shock

Cyborg V3 now stuns for a short time.

--------{Groundshark}---------

The "Groundshark" subrace can be obtained by defeating a Terrorshark and having it drop a Heart of the Sea at a 1% chance. It can only be gained if the user has V3 shark, and can be removed by talking to King Red Head in the Temple of Time.

Passives:

Underground Dive

If the user is on the ground, they can use M2 to go underground while not equipping anything. The user can stay in the ground for 5 seconds maximum and have a 10-second cooldown.

CURRENCY CONVERTER

The Currency Converter NPC can convert materials and fragments into money, and vice versa. The left side is what the user gives, and the right side is what the NPC gives in return. Whatever the NPC gives is randomized.

Common Material -> 1k money/100 fragments

Uncommon Material -> 50k money/500 fragments

Rare Material -> 75k money/750 fragments

Legendary Material -> 100k money/1000 fragments/random fruit

Mythical Material -> 500k money/2000 fragments/random fruit (higher chance of high-valued fruits)

ƒ5000 -> 500k money/rare material/random fruit

500k money -> ƒ1000 money/rare material/random fruit
