Quinoa is one of those ingredients that is billed as a trendy superfood, but I feel like I struggle to find healthy quinoa recipes that really appeal to my tastebuds. I mean, sure it's a healthy food, but finding delicious quinoa recipes can be hard. Well, I'm here to show you that healthy and tasty can go hand in hand in today's round up of quinoa recipes!

Is quinoa healthy?
Quinoa is a super healthy grain option. It’s packed full of nutrients and is high in fibre while being low in calories. It’s also a great source of folate, magnesium, zinc, iron and vitamin B6.
Is it better for you than rice?
Yes! Quinoa is definitely a healthier option than rice. It contains three to four times the amount of nutrients as an equal-sized serving of brown rice and has more protein, so it will leave you feeling full for longer.
What does it taste like?
Quinoa has a slightly earthy and nutty flavour, similar to brown rice. It will soak in whatever flavours you add to it, which makes it a great option for bowls, salads, oatmeal and more!
